Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing Bawdcast you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws where you live. By creating an account or remaining on the site you confirm you are 18 or older.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of photos and video you upload. You grant Bawdcast a non-exclusive licence to host, display, watermark, transcode, and distribute that content on the service. You must have the right to post everything you upload.

You warrant that every person depicted is 18 or older, and that you have any consent required to post the material. Do not post someone else's photos or videos unless you have that right.

4. Prohibited content

Do not upload or share:

• Sexual or suggestive content involving anyone under 18, or that sexualises minors — including fictional, drawn, or AI-generated depictions
• Non-consensual imagery, revenge content, or intimate images posted without permission
• Copyright-infringing material
• Harassment, doxxing, malware, or other illegal content

5. Child-safety reports

If a member reports content as involving a minor, we hide that content from the site immediately, hold the author's account, and alert the team. Media files are kept (not deleted) so they can be reviewed. False reports of this kind may result in account action.

6. Moderation

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or disable access at our discretion. Community reports and automated signals inform those decisions. Removed posts may stay in our systems for a limited period for security and legal review.

7. Walls, rooms, and Windows

Wall owners and Window hosts are responsible for what they allow in those spaces and must keep them within these Terms. Illegal content, minors, and non-consensual material are banned there too.

8. Disclaimer

Bawdcast is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for user-generated content or third-party links on creator walls, to the extent the law allows.
